Tali Gonen here, Product Manager, reporting to you live from the Swiftic front… As we launch the Swiftic Console along with the new Swiftic brand, I can tell you personally that I couldn’t be happier with the results of our efforts. It all began with one goal in our collective Swiftic minds: to make sure that our publishers and their businesses see real value from their mobile apps and benefit to the max from mobile-driven revenue generation. And to see this through, we started with the basics—our app maker.

The new Swiftic Console is the enhanced offspring of our original app-creation platform, designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our publishers’ small and medium businesses. You’re going to love the way it looks and handles, and you’ll appreciate our user-friendly one-stop solution for creating, promoting, and managing your apps. Our great new business-focused services and features will make it easier than ever to engage with your customers, nurture your business, and thrive in today’s global digital playground.

And so, without further ado, a sample of the improvements and features you’ll see and experience in the new console (drum roll please…).

APP CREATION & DESIGN

The Swiftic Console has a sleek and simple interface that makes it easier than ever for you to design a beautiful app with expanded themes, colors, icons, backgrounds, and images specifically tailored to different business segments. It’s a true testament to the talents and persistence of the folks up at Design—a rowdy bunch of die-hard perfectionists who wouldn’t rest until we met their every graphical demand…

We’ve also included a new business operations dashboard (generous thanks to the guys and gals at R&D) through which you can manage a range of revenue-generating activities like customer reservations and orders, deliveries, coupons, loyalty cards, in-app sales, and other promotions. Now you can create, track, and manage your app features and business results from one convenient dashboard (hearty applause goes out to our tech team for this one…).

The Swiftic Console also has some great new monetization tools, like in-app payment options for both virtual and physical products. One of these monetization options is an expanded collaboration between Swiftic and Amazon. We’ve gotten truly chummy with the merchant giant, and this beautiful friendship, which began last year, allows our publishers to automatically submit their Swiftic-created apps to the Amazon Appstore for download on Kindle Fire devices. Amazon merchants using Swiftic can now instantly add their Amazon store to their Swiftic app (for all supported mobile devices). Which means that your app users can buy goods from your Amazon store straight from your app. And that’s just the beginning. We’ve integrated three more features into the new console that will help you provide services to your customers directly from your app more easily and seamlessly than ever.

  • MyCheck enables you to offer your customers in-app mobile payment options that let them view and pay their bills straight from your app.
  • Next up on the stage, we have a new collaboration with Online Ordering that you can use to add online ordering and in-app payment services to your app.
  • Last but not least, we’re now working with Bringg, which means you can efficiently and productively manage your orders, deliveries, and tracking to satisfy the growing demands of your mobile consumers who have come to expect regular real-time updates on their orders.

Specifically, your new Swiftic Console enables you to manage communications between your business, your delivery person, and your customer via push notification updates and in-app map tracking. (This one is the product of a collective inter-departmental think-tank effort we’re particularly pleased with. And you will be too…)

THE MARKETING GENIE

Beyond amazing design and advanced business-management capabilities, the Swiftic Console includes a new marketing resource center featuring an expanded suite of marketing tools to help publishers promote app discovery and attract new users—both on and offline. You can use the Genie to automatically create and distribute fully customized Facebook advertising campaigns for your app. If you’re subscribed to one of our premium plans, we also offer a selection of cool, eye-catching customizable window stickers and mini stickers that feature your app’s name and QR code. And—wait for it—Swiftic will actually print and deliver these stickers directly to your doorstep, so that you can paste ‘em up without delay and promote your app to the world (and anyone else who happens to be passing by your place of business).
